“One of my biggest takeaways was from the finance session. It is common that when we earn more, all we seek is how to spend more. But I am going home with investing in wealth that creates more.”
ABOUT THE EVENT
Most Women Are Living Far Below The Level Of Their Own Potential.
Some have gifts they have never developed. Dreams they have never chased. A whole version of themselves they have never met. And every single day that passes, that version gets further away. Not because it stopped existing. But because life never stopped demanding, and their own dreams were always the easiest thing to postpone.
They got busy surviving. Busy managing. Busy carrying everyone else's world on their back. And in all of that carrying, they forgot to carry themselves. They stopped growing. Their light dimmed. Their vision narrowed. The woman they were always meant to be got buried so deep under the weight of everyday life, they stopped looking for her.
And some found the courage to start. They showed up. Took the leap, built the thing, put themselves out there and are doing it. But the growth has plateaued. The visibility is limited. The impact they know they are capable of is still bigger than what they are currently reaching. They are not stuck at the beginning. They are stuck at the ceiling. And they cannot quite see how to break through it.
However, we have seen what happens when a woman finally gets the clarity, the community, and the courage to fully step into her light.
We have seen Tarrah, a Nigerian-born mother of three living in the UK, take her lived experience of loss, faith, and rebirth and turn it into over 120 published songs, soundtracks for Amazon Prime films, and an endorsement from Arts Council England as a global talent in music. She did not wait until life was perfect. She let her story become her sound and her sound travel the world.
We have seen Uwa, a wife, a mother of three and an IT Project Manager at a leading UK university, build a family institute, a coaching practice and a thriving YouTube platform, all while nurturing a marriage of over twenty years and raising her children with intention. She did not choose between her family and her calling. She built both. On purpose.
Now imagine a conference focused solely on helping women step into their full potential, where each of these women who have broken through their own ceiling comes to share their story, their process, their lows, their wins, and exactly how to replicate their results.
This is what the third edition of The Radiant Women Conference is about.
A gathering of women from across the UK and beyond, coming together in Scarborough, North Yorkshire and streaming live to women around the world, for one day of clarity, practical wisdom, and the kind of community that does not let women stay small.
This is the conference where women stop waiting and start walking fully in their light.
